Tera, a distinguished alumna of Long Beach State University, has devoted over two decades to the art of providing unparalleled service, guiding her clients towards the realization of their professional aspirations. Beyond the conventional, Tera carries with her the passion to not only elevate the experience for ACM’s clients but to also facilitate the growth and prosperity of their practices. Her excitement stems from leveraging her wealth of knowledge to craft a customized path, ensuring each client not only thrives but flourishes, cultivating success that resonates beyond the bottom line. Tera’s commitment extends beyond the office and to her home in Huntington Beach, where she finds joy in family life with her husband and three children.

Lis currently resides in Carlsbad, California. She is the mother of 1 daughter, Samantha who is a self-admitted Bio Chemistry “dweeb”.
Beginning in the Chiropractic industry in her teens as a massage therapist, she gravitated toward billing and management in her early twenties. She founded  ACM in 1988 and has successfully and proudly built ACM into the highest volume alternative medical billing service in the state.
Lis enjoys cooking for friends and family, a good glass of wine, going to Mexico as often as possible and the “SAN DIEGO” Chargers.

Embarking on her journey in the medical field as a teenager, Lee Ann acquired invaluable experience at a radiology office and billing service. Over the years, she cultivated extensive knowledge in all aspects of medical billing, honing expertise in multiple specialties. Since making the transition from beautiful North Idaho to California in 2001, Lee Ann has evolved to being the heart and leader of ACM’s office. In your interactions with her, you’ll find a professional with a wealth of expertise in insurance and billing. As the guiding force of the team, Lee Ann leads with precision, overseeing ACM’s operations. Her commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with ACM’s mission, contributing to the shared success. Married since 1996, Lee Ann’s dedication extends beyond the professional realm, where she finds joy in raising two wonderful daughters, Margie and Milla.

Brittany started her career specializing in insurance & collections. She attended UEI College and has extensive knowledge as a collector. She is an expert multitasker, juggling kids, and a full-time job. Brittany is a mother of three amazing girls and is married to her best friend. In her personal time, she loves to cook and get outdoors for hikes with the family. Brittany and her family also LOVE football and you won’t find her missing a game when the season hits. Go Raiders! Brittany’s family is her everything and their happiness is hers. She always says “Life’s an adventure and I can’t wait to see where it leads us!” We are honored to have her as part of the ACM team!

Cynthia, a seasoned professional with 25+ years in insurance billing, has been an indispensable part of the ACM team since joining. Married since 1996, she balances dedication to her role with pride in raising two incredible individuals— Max and Vanessa. Cynthia’s relentless pursuit of excellence, coupled with her finely honed skills, ensures a smooth and efficient process for our team and clients. As a reliable guide in the ever-evolving landscape of insurance, Cynthia’s commitment to staying updated on industry trends sets her apart, driving efficiency and excellence in every aspect of her work.

I’m in the position that will enable to use my strong organizational skills in Medical Billing and Accounting background and ability to work with people. I’ve been in Medical Billing and Acccounting Business for over 18 years. I love spending time with my love ones, specially my daughter, famabam, friends and my soon to be other half “Baba”. I am 29 years old.  I grew up in South OC.  I have 3 cats.  None of them get along.  I love to go to the beach, travel, try new restaurants, and hike.  I love wine & learning about different types of wine and what regions they are from.  I really enjoy wine tasting as well.

My name is Dulce.  I am 31 years old, love to go hiking, camping, fishing and going on road trips.  I am family oriented.  I revolve my time either around Mother Nature or family.

Elizabeth is a vital member of our team at ACM as a proficient Data Entry Team Member. With 20 years of expertise in medical billing and collections, she effectively communicates with clients, including doctors and clinic personnel, ensuring accurate information for streamlined claim processing. Elizabeth is committed to professional growth and contributing to a harmonious work environment. Beyond her role, this mother of two finds joy in nature and cooking. Her dedication and wealth of experience make Elizabeth an essential and valued part of the ACM family.

I have been in medical billing field since I graduated Coding & Billing school in 2011. I started working here at ACM in 2017, and it has been a wonderful experience. I love spending my weekends with my loved ones and I like to cook and bake in my spare time.

I was a chiropractic assistant for 14 years before coming to ACM in 2016.  I have a cat who thinks she’s a Princess (she’s probably right!), I love crafting on the weekends and am an avid reader and Stephen King Fan!
